On Thursday April 2, 2026 Jamaica College defeated Westwood to secure our second hold on the TVJ Schools' Challenge Quiz Trophy.

This was our second SCQ Championship victory, ending a 39 year drought.

Congratulations to this now legendary Schools' Challenge Quiz team and due praise to the many who helped guide them to this victory — including old boys Wayne Harris (Manager), Chanarie Lindsay (Coach), Jahmar Clarke (Assistant Manager/Coach), JCOBA President David Wright, and Michael Carty (Main Financial Sponsor).

The JC family turned out in full force to support the team through the final, and the result rewarded their faith.
